If we talk about Penang, the first thing came out in our mind must be Penang Hill right. For those who never come to Penang Hill, you must have the experience here once in your life because I think that very scathe for you, if you come to Penang without visiting Penang Hill.
It is such a wonderful place if you go there during a little bit rainy because I've experienced that. I feel like I'm in western country when I walk through the mist.
As you see there, the mist is quite thick. Besides that, there are many sides that you can view the Penang from the top. You never know how wonderful is it until you go there and see by yourself.
After been walking for a while, for sure that everyone's tummy will make an annoyed sound. The same thing goes for me but don't worry because the other reason I go there is because of the restaurant that have been named as David Brown.
The restaurant's name is a conjunction with Captain Davids that continue the Francis Light legacy to plant strawberry after the second world war. What's so special about David Brown's Restaurant?
The place is also called Strawberry Hill. So, their specialty is the strawberry jam. The combination of strawberry jam and scones was recognized as one of the best in Penang.
The combination of strawberry jam with scones really can get you into a sensational mood when you have a tea with your friends or family in a good ambiance.
Almost all of the menu are made by themselves. There are many menus in David Brown but I only want to tell about some of the menus. If you want to know more, keep on reading on my blog.
Before I talk about the menu, let see how the arrangement they have made. This is an important thing that must be considered for every restaurant.

Here's the appetizer, Caesar salads.
David Brown's Caesar salads are made of lettuce, strawberry and balsamic vinegar with anchovies dressing. The taste of dressing is good but you only can get Caesar salads with strawberry in David Brown.
Heres the french onion soup.
The taste is good besides the benefit that you can get from the ingredients but for those who have high blood pressure, you can skip this course.
What I like about this course is, it's a healthy dish with the great taste.
This is vegetarian lasagna which is suitable for those who likes the healthy but delicious. These contain layers of cheese and vegetarian Bolognese sauce. If you want to sit there for a long period, you must try this besides you can enjoy chewing the viscosity.
Picture shows apple pie a la mode. A la mode is the French term which is with ice cream. The ice cream with the fluffier texture and the great taste shows their original product.
The great thing when I was going down to the train, I've seen this panorama for the first time since I was in Penang. A lot of Thanks to my classmate for choosing this place to have a class trip. I hope you enjoy it.
